BA (Hons) Musical Theatre


3-YEAR COURSE

Develop your skills as a triple threat in Musical Theatre

You'll train in Dance, Singing, and Acting, gaining the essential skills and industry insight needed to thrive as a versatile performer.

Build the confidence to pursue a professional career

With a hands-on approach, expert tutors and guest teachers will guide you through everything from technique to performance. You’ll learn from industry professionals, equipping you with the tools to succeed in the competitive world of theatre.

Validated by the University of Worcester, our course prepares you for a successful career in the arts.

Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance


3-YEAR COURSE

Develop your skills in Isolation Technique Jazz Dance, Contemporary Dance, Ballet and all associated techniques necessary.

You'll refine your technique in major dance styles. Additionally, you'll enhance your versatility with supplementary techniques such as Commercial Jazz, Tap, Partnering, Body Management, and more.

Gain the tools to succeed in a professional dance career.

With a focus on the full development of each individual student, our course equips you with the practical skills and industry insight needed to thrive as a dancer.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, giving you the confidence to pursue a career in the dynamic world of dance.

TOTHECORE COMPANY PERFORMANCE COURSE


MARCH–JUNE, WITH EASTER BREAK

Get real-world experience to thrive as a performance artist with the performance company, ToTheCore Company.

This course includes:

  • Company classes to refine your technique and stagecraft

  • Rehearsals with top industry professionals, creating performance-ready pieces

  • Live performance opportunities, simulating a professional company environment, giving opportunity to enhance your CV

  • Audition training, including live and self-taped casting auditions

STEP TWO -CHOOSE YOUR AUDITION FORMAT


IN-PERSON


Attend one of our full day audition sessions at our London studios which includes: 

  • Ballet

  • Jazz-Isolation Technique

  • Contemporary or Musical Theatre Dance

  • Question & answer session

VIDEO SUBMISSION


For anyone unable to attend an in-person audition you can send us a video submission.

Please note, all applicants must visit the college before enrolment.

STEP THREE - WHAT TO PREPARE FOR YOUR AUDITION


BA (HONS) MUSICAL THEATRE


  • Prepare a solo song.
    Any genre, with sheet music and a backing track

  • A 2–3 minute monologue.
    Classical or contemporary, age-appropriate

Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance


  • Prepare a short monologue or text demonstrating character work

  • Optional - A solo song
