What we got up to during the pandemic…
Isolation In Isolation
Following such an extremely difficult year for our industry, we’re so pleased and grateful that a return to some normality seems possible. Thank you to our students and staff who have worked tirelessly to carry on regardless. We are so very proud of you all!
Our small class sizes and spacious facilities mean we have been able to continue to teach our full student cohort while maintaining social distancing rules, when allowed. This means our students have not missed out on any of their physical training and we realise what a special gift that has been to college.
Millennium Performing Arts is a small college in the heart of London. Small means you get far more direct contact with your tutors and more opportunity to learn with your peers; we take care of each other, just like a family.
At Millennium, you get the very best technical training. But you learn more than technique. You develop the confidence to step into any audition and shine.
Donald started his career in Performing Arts with Sadlers Wells Opera Ballet, based at the globally renowned Sadler’s Wells. This followed with a spell in the West End, including a run at the London Palladium with the legend that was Ginger Rogers in ‘Mame’.
From the age of 15 Ikky knew all he wanted to do was dance. He attended the conservatoire in Tilburg and was fortunate to have as his ballet teachers Simon Andre, a former principal dancer with The Dutch National Ballet and Natalya Orlovskaya, a former principal from the world-famous Bolshoi Ballet in Moscow.
We are extremely proud of our alumni, who go on to enjoy exceptionally high employment rates in the profession – on average, over 90% are professionally employed each year.
